3. PRICE

3.1. Sales prices published on www.likecork.com are in euros. These prices already include all fees and taxes required by law and are valid unless there is a publication error or stock out.

3.2. Except where expressly indicated, sales prices for published products do not include delivery and assembly services.

3.3. LIKECORK.COM reserves the right to be able to modify the sales prices at the times it deems most convenient, in compliance with the law, and ensuring the commitments already made with its customers with the exceptions indicated in point 3.1.

3.4 Prices on LIKECORK.COM may be different from those existing in physical stores representing the brand.

3.5 If sales price marking errors occur, we will do everything possible to correct them as soon as possible. If any of the products is incorrectly marked and until LIKECORK.COM proceeds to the corresponding corrections, the constant in points 1.3, 2.2 and 2.3 will apply.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

4.1. All product orders are subject to availability. In the event of difficulties in supplying products, or if stocks of a product are exhausted, we will inform you immediately of the unavailability and reserve the right to provide the user with information about replacement products of equal or higher quality, that the user can order.

4.2. If the User chooses not to order the replacement products, we will refund any amount paid by the user in relation to the missing products within 30 days.

5. DELIVERY

5.1. Notwithstanding the provision in clause 4 above regarding the availability of the product, and except in the case of extraordinary circumstances, we will make every effort to send the order for the product (s) referred to in each Shipping Confirmation before the date specified in the Order Confirmation in question or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time specified when selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of the Order Confirmation .

5.2. There may also be delays for reasons such as product customization, unforeseen circumstances or problems in the delivery area. If we are unable to comply with the delivery date for reasons not arising from our responsibility, the user will be informed of this situation and will have the possibility to proceed with the purchase, to establish a new delivery date or to cancel the order. If the user chooses to cancel the purchase, he will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, without prejudice to all other rights that assist him under the terms of the applicable legislation.

5.3. We do not deliver at home on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

5.4. LIKECORK reserves the right to charge a certain amount for the delivery of products in specific cases, which will be calculated using the defined table.

5.5. Supply, delivery or assembly prices do not include the use of special means of transport or access, such as external stairs or cranes, or changes in civil construction to doors, windows, stairs or other structures of the property. Whenever the object of the delivery does not fit in the accesses, the delivery is considered to be made on the ground floor of the address in question.

5.6. For the purpose of these Conditions, it will be considered that the “delivery” took place or that the order was “delivered” at the moment when the User or any third party designated by him takes physical possession of the products, which will be proven by the signature of the order receipt record at the agreed delivery address.

6. RIGHT OF FREE CONTRACT TERMINATION

6.1. In the context of online shopping (online), the consumer has a period of 14 days, counting from the day he acquires physical possession of the goods or the day he acquires physical possession of the last item, in the case of several goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, to return your order, free of charge in addition to those established in this clause and without the need to indicate the reason, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of article 10 of DL nº 24/2014 , of February 14, in its current version. 6.2. Within the same period, the customer may proceed with the claim of any defects or inadequacy of the product in relation to the order, which is the responsibility of Likecork. For the free resolution period to be respected, it is enough that your communication regarding the exercise of the right of free resolution is sent before the end of the resolution period. For this purpose, the complaint must be formalized through an email sent to likecork@likecork.com. In the complaint, the Customer must expressly state the reasons for his complaint, always mentioning the order number and his tax identification number. The support team for the website www.likecork.com will coordinate with the Customer how to proceed with the return of the goods, if justified, assuming in these cases Likecork the costs of returning it and the costs of a return. new delivery. In situations where the reasons for the return are not the responsibility of Likecork, the return will be accepted, after checking the good condition of the returned parts and their packaging, being refunded the amount paid by the Customer, deducted from the shipping costs of delivery (still that have been assumed by Likecork) and the return shipping costs. As a result, Likecork reserves the right not to accept product returns without prior notice, as mentioned above, and which do not comply with the same conditions of conformity as the date of delivery to the Buyer (namely products that have undergone any type of use, transformation , damage and / or lack of original packaging / accessories / complements).

6.3. As soon as Likecork receives the Customer’s declaration of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer Support team will contact the Customer to schedule the collection of the item, in the applicable cases. Under the right of free withdrawal, Likecork will collect the goods to be returned at the Customer’s home, free of charge, if the product purchased on the Likecork website cannot, by its nature or size, be returned by mail.

6.4. After exercising the Right of Free Termination of the Contract, the refund of the amount paid by the Client, including, if applicable, the costs that the client has paid for the delivery of the good, will be made through the same payment method that was used in the initial purchase. , at no cost to the consumer, after validation of compliance with the return conditions described in point 6.2, with Likecork having a maximum period of 14 days for this purpose.

6.5. LEGAL EXCLUSIONS TO THE RIGHT TO FREE RESOLUTION, Without prejudice to the provisions of paragraph 6, contracts for: – Supply of goods made according to the Client’s specifications or clearly customized; – Supply of goods that, by their nature, cannot be resent or are liable to deteriorate or become quickly out of date; – Supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned, for reasons of health protection or hygiene when opened after delivery; – Supply of goods that, after delivery and by nature, are inseparably mixed with other products.

7. LITIGATION AND RESPONSIBILITY
